Requirements:
- 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm
- Online ABC banquet license ($55), if serving alcohol
- One day event insurance ($70-124, depending on guest count)
- Acoustic band, low volume DJ or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)
- Peak season (Apr - June, Sept, Oct) $3000 for three days
- Off Peak (July, Aug, Nov-Mar) $2000 for three days
