Includes:

  • Access to the event barn, ceremony site, groom's suite & greenhouse for three days

  • Access to the farmhouse & bridal boudoir on the day of the wedding

  • Wood beam arch, seating, wine barrels & rugs for the ceremony site

  • All furniture in barn + formal seating for 80 guests

  • Sweetheart table with wooden hexagon arch

  • Fire pit, ping pong, lawn games, treehouse, swing, ponies & mini cows

  • One hour site rental for engagement photos or bridal portraits

  • Multiple site visits for planning

Requirements:

  • 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm
  • Online ABC banquet license ($55), if serving alcohol
  • One day event insurance ($70-124, depending on guest count)
  • Acoustic band, low volume DJ or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)
  •  Peak season (Apr - June, Sept, Oct) $3000 for three days
  • Off Peak (July, Aug, Nov-Mar) $2000 for three days

  • 50% deposit to save the date, balance due after the wedding, monthly installments available
